Today's Tired Shadow Of The Tandy Hills Thin Man Worrying About Texas Sharon's Freedom Of Speech Assault From Range Resources

The Tired Shadow Of The Tandy Hills
Thin Man
By the time the noon time frame came I'd grown tired of feeling tired so I took my tired self to the Tandy Hills Natural Area to do some tired natural hill hiking in the hope this might avail me of an energy boost.

It sort of did.

But now something in the air is irritating my eyes real bad, with itching, burning and eye precipitation.

In the picture you are looking at the Tired Shadow of the Tandy Hills Thin Man standing on the escarpment above the roar of Tandy Falls.

Why is so much crystal clear water currently roaring over Tandy Falls, I found myself wondering? We have not had any rain in weeks. Where is the Tandy Creek water coming from?

It is currently 76 degrees in the outer world at my location on the planet.

Currently on my mind, in addition to being tired, is the bizarre assault on Texas Sharon by one of the gas drillers called Range Resources. I must further ponder this latest outrage, but, I have currently pondered enough to suggest to Texas Sharon that she high tail it back to the United States of America where her right to free speech is constitutionally guaranteed.

The Color Has Been Drained From The Morning Of The 2nd Day Of December In Texas

The view from my window is a bit monochromatic this morning, except for a some blue from the pool. Which I guess means the 2nd day of December is starting off a bit on the drab side.

Which sort of fits my mood. I am feeling very monochromatic this morning. As in I'm feeling colorless, rather than my usual colorful norm.

Good news on the Texas Sharon front. Google and You Tube have restored her YouTube account, after suspected dirty dealings by entities trying to stifle this particular outspoken feisty Texan.

Those trying to stifle Texas Sharon are obviously not based in Texas. Likely the stifling is coming from Oklahoma. Anyone in Texas knows you mess with a Texas woman at your own extreme risk. Texas women are a mighty persnickety breed.

I am going to go for some ice treatment shock in the pool this morning to see if I can break out of monochromatic mode and turn colorful once more. I'll let you know how that works out.

DISH Mayor Calvin Tillman & Texas Sharon Mapping Methane In The Barnett Shale Unmarked Natural Gas Spy Van

Texas Sharon was unable to attend Thursday's Carter Avenue Rescue Operation Rally in downtown Fort Worth due to having important undercover work to do.

Texas Sharon explained what she was up to and profusely apologized for her absence, yesterday, on her blog and in emails. No need to apologize, her presence was felt, even if she wasn't there.

Texas Sharon, and cohorts, have been surreptitiously spying on various Barnett Shale natural gas drilling operations and using high-tech equipment inside an unmarked Spy Van, to conduct their surveillance.

The photo above is a partial look at the Spy Van. As you can see, DISH Mayor Calvin Tillman is part of the operation. Mayor Tillman took a break from the surveillance to attend the CARO Rally, leaving Texas Sharon behind to help with the monitoring. I believe that is Texas Sharon you can see behind the window in the passenger seat of the Spy Van.

Below is a YouTube video showing the Methane Mapping Spy Van in action....

Rural Texas Women Are Getting It Done

This week's FW Weekly's feature article features Sharon Wilson. Sharon Wilson is also known as 'Texas Sharon." You may have run into "Texas Sharon" on this very blog.

"Texas Sharon" has been working hard battling natural gas drillers who have wreaked havoc where she once believed was paradise.

In addition to "Texas Sharon" other rural Texas women fighting similar fights are mentioned. Like Kathy Chruscielski in Parker County. She became an activist when she came to realize no one was looking out the protection of water supply aquifers.

In Bexar County, Terri Hall has led successful battles against a tollway and eminent domain land grabs being planned near her home north of San Antonio.

Too bad Arlington had no Terri Hall in town when Jerry Jones in cahoots with the City of Arlington did themselves some land grabbing.

You can read the entire FW Weekly article about these Activist Texas Women, but read it fast. I don't think FW Weekly archives their Feature articles.
