If the fine lady is so politically ecumenical as you reported,and she admitted to associating with Tea Party folks then why would she have her panties in a wad when the comment simply pointed out the very simple fact: she is associated with people and principles that are identified with the Tea Party. <br /><br />Just being logical here: why would she take offense at the comment, especially to the point of characterizing it as being character "assassinated"? It just doesn't make sense. Maybe, to use your oft used phrase, the lady protests too much. What is it about the Tea Party that she finds so shameful as to react in such a strong manner? If that particular political party ideology is so repugnant, why is she associating with folks who espouse that political world view?
