I'm looking forward to a more leisurely trip to Plano, including biking the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve's mountain bike trail.

It's a pretty space that seems bigger than it is. Only a few miles of paved trails. I did the outer loop, unpaved trail - enjoyed it very much with these awesome temps this weekend. I don't know how challenging the mountain bike trails would be for you, but it is an excellent little slice that was somehow preserved from a fate of asphalt and strip malls.
It gets a lot of family traffic, so you might want to keep your pants on.
